Jasmyne specializes in trauma work and has spent over nine years working in different therapeutic settings. Her primary goal is to help you feel safe and connected while overcoming the challenges that you are currently facing. Jasmyne has experience helping families heal their relationships and form even stronger bonds. Ultimately working to get beyond the behavioral concerns to find the underlying issues in the family. In individual therapy, Jasmyne has helped children, adolescents, and adult to gain awareness into the difficulties that they are currently facing or deal with trauma that is tough to move past. She provides a secure place to find solutions, be a sounding board, or just to give support.

Jasmyne has experience working with individuals and families that are looking for a fresh perspective on their needs.  As a Registered Play Therapy and Systemic Sandplay Therapist, Jasmyne can provide new insight into a child's lens through sessions.  When working with adults, Jasmyne provides a sense of structure and support while using humor and empathy.

In addition, Jasmyne Kettwick, MAMFT, LMFT, RPT, CSST, works with therapists and mental health professionals that are looking for supervision in systems theory. She has experience in several areas including dual diagnosis, residential treatment, outpatient psychiatry, community based treatment, wraparound programs, group therapy and building a private practice. If therapy in the past has been difficult, or felt disconnected in the past, Jasmyne would like to talk with you about how to make it more comfortable.  Ultimately, therapy is to help the client feel supported through the changes they feel are important.  


Jasmyne serves as a facilitator for the Find Your Voice Support Group for young girls and teenagers at Sungate Kids in Greenwood Village, CO.  Empowerment, improving self-esteem and confidence, and building stronger relationships are some of the topics covered throughout the nine week group. 


There Jasmyne helps girls that have been victims of sexual abuse to feel safe and supported. She works with the youth through expressive arts to nurture and empower them while providing psychoeducation and building on their strengths.

Natalie Stevenson, MSW, LCSW, received her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver, Colorado. Natalie specializes in working with children, adolescents, and their families with over 12 years of experience in individual, family, and group settings. She has a strong desire to assist her clients in a nurturing and safe environment. She promotes personal change by identifying and exploring emotions and feelings.

Natalie utilizes multiple approaches when working with clients. This helps to empower the client and find them a perfect fit. Trauma-based work, Expressive Arts and Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy are some of the treatment areas in which Natalie excels. She also has training in Crisis Intervention Prevention and School-Based Social Work.

Natalie believes that clients have the desire and strength to work through difficult issues with the guidance of a caring and knowledgeable therapist.  She uses a wide variety of therapeutic modalities to reach goals. These include: expressive arts/play therapy, talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral exercises, behavioral modifications, coping strategies and self-care techniques.


Natalie has worked with children and their families while facing severe trauma, such as abuse and grief and loss.  Prior to Relate, Natalie worked in the public school system. She can help guide families that are looking for help to navigate education and mental health needs. Natalie is experienced around family work, such as reintegration, co and parallel parenting, court ordered therapy, and concerns around blended families. 

Natalie feels the focus should be on helping the client. This can mean to process emotions, challenge thinking patterns, and explore new ways to be in healthy relationships. Client success is reached when they can move forward in all aspects of their life and have obtained the goals that were set in the therapeutic partnership. 


In addition to individual therapy.  Natalie runs a group for sexually abused boys ages 6-13.  This group allows boys that have been abused to find common ground with one another and use their shared experiences to reduce shame.  This group incorporates play and art therapy with processing and psychoeducation.  Please call: 303-954-9809 or email for more information.

Natalie Wittstruck, MFTC, provides nurturing support and will collaborate with you to solve problems, find purpose and meaning, and offer empowerment toward growth. She has a natural ability to empathize with clients in a safe, nonjudgmental space to process feelings. As your therapist, Natalie’s goal is to work alongside you to navigate through stressful life situations, grapple with relational and behavioral problems, and help bring about positive change. Natalie likes to focus on strengths and use a systemic approach to build upon them. Natalie received her Master’s Degree from Regis University in Denver.


Natalie has worked with clients of all ages and families in various settings.  She has assisted in crisis intervention around self-harm and suicidal ideation while


working at Highlands Behavioral Health Littleton, CO. She has extensive experience with grief and loss, including time at Judi’s House in Denver, CO. Natalie has seen adult clients and helped them to work through challenges, as well as helping them to meet individual goals through their unique needs.  


Natalie runs a group from Tweens that helps with concerns around relationships with peers and family, boundaries, dealing with social media, bullying, and emotional regulation.  This group is open to Tweens age 9-13.
